With over 25 years of passionate dedication to dentistry, Dr. Robert Jost graduated from the University of Alberta in 1996. His early interest in craftsmanship, inspired by his father, seamlessly translates into his dental practice today. Dr. Jost is truly dedicated to providing predictable, understandable, compassionate, and health-focused dentistry and looks forward to meeting you.

After graduation, he served as a Captain in the Armed Forces, where he gained advanced surgical training. In 2002, he founded Enhance Dental Care, later transitioning to an associate dentist role to focus on surgery and patient care.

Dr. Jost is committed to continuous education, having completed courses in cosmetic dentistry, bite reconstruction, and surgery from the Pankey Institute and Spear Education. His practice emphasizes building trust, showing respect, and helping patients overcome dental fears through options like IV sedation and thorough communication. Now with Crystal Smiles Dental, he is excited to contribute to patients’ dental health goals.

Outside of dentistry, Dr. Jost is passionate about his family. He is an avid skier and loves exploring the outdoors through cycling, kayaking, and hiking. He also practices Tai Chi and mindfulness year-round.

Better known as Ally, Allison brings a friendly and compassionate energy to every patient interaction. She listens to every patient, making sure they feel heard and understood, and she works diligently to address all of their concerns during their appointment. Through patient education, Ally empowers her patients to take an active role in their oral health journey.

Ally has been working in the dental industry for 16 years, starting as a dental assistant. She graduated from Red River College’s Dental Assisting program in 2009, then went on to complete the Dental Hygiene program through the University of Manitoba, graduating in 2016.

Outside of work, Ally enjoys working on her house and spending time with her husband and kids.

Sara is a Registered Dental Hygienist who has been part of the dental industry since 2009. She graduated from CNIH in 2009, earning her Dental Hygiene certificate, and has been providing thoughtful, patient-focused care ever since.

Sara describes her approach to working with patients as laid-back and comfortable, always aiming to create a relaxed environment where patients feel at ease during their visits. She finds the most fulfilling part of her role is getting to know her patients and meeting people from all different walks of life.

Outside of the office, Sara enjoys spending quality time with her family, including her husband and three children. She loves travelling together and unwinding with family movie nights.

Mia brings a calm, patient-centered approach to every visit. She believes in meeting each patient where they are, listening carefully, and creating a supportive, judgment-free space that helps everyone feel comfortable and confident in their care.

With two years of experience in dental assisting and a recent ROA certificate from KDM College (2023), Mia finds great fulfillment in connecting with patients and helping them achieve smiles they’re proud of. She’s especially passionate about educating patients on how oral health impacts overall health.

Outside the office, Mia loves to travel, spend time with her family, and come home to her puppy, Hiro. She also enjoys skiing and skating, bringing the same energy and care to her hobbies as she does to her patients.

With a love for people and a strong desire to make dental care more accessible, Kakesha chose to become a Dental Assistant. She takes great pride in being able to educate and support patients in a way that feels comfortable and inclusive—especially by communicating in their own language. She speaks French, Portuguese, Swahili, Lingala, Shona, and of course, English. At Crystal Smiles Dental, Kakesha looks forward to continuing to share her knowledge and help patients feel confident in their smiles.

Coming from a part of the world where dentistry was often limited to emergency care, Kakesha was deeply inspired to learn about the full scope of modern dental practices—from preventive to cosmetic to endodontic care. This journey opened her eyes to the importance of education and early intervention in oral health. Kakesha graduated from Columbia College in 2012 and has been passionate about oral health care ever since.

Outside of work, Kakesha gives back to the community through volunteer service—spreading positivity and hope for the future wherever she can. She also enjoys dancing and cherishes every moment spent with her family.

As a treatment coordinator, Brennah prioritizes compassion, clarity, and trust. She ensures patients feel informed and supported by thoroughly explaining treatment plans and assisting with insurance and payment options. She loves building relationships and creating a welcoming environment, finding fulfillment in helping patients achieve better oral health and a smoother, less stressful experience. She genuinely enjoys contributing to a team that makes a positive difference.

Brennah’s dental administration career has provided her with extensive experience in almost every aspect of the field. Her expertise spans hygiene, treatment, and Invisalign coordination, as well as IV sedation scheduling and general front office duties. This comprehensive background enables Brennah to support both her team and patients with confidence and care.

Outside of work, Brennah loves to travel and explore new places. Spending time with her family and friends is also really important to her, and she especially enjoys hanging out with her two cats, Peanut and Monkey!

Caitlin brings warmth and organization to every patient interaction, making each visit smooth and welcoming. With six years of experience in the dental field and a Diploma in Administrative Management from SAIT (2012), she is dedicated to ensuring patients feel cared for and supported from the moment they walk through the door.

What Caitlin finds most rewarding is connecting with patients and knowing she’s helped make their experience a positive one. Her friendly, attentive approach ensures every patient leaves happy and confident in their care.

Outside of work, Caitlin enjoys spending time with her husband and two kids, as well as family and friends. She’s also passionate about flower design, interior design, and gardening, bringing her creativity and attention to detail both at home and in the office.
